Erin Averbukh is a Calgary-based business professional with more than 30 years of experience across energy, finance, telecom and real estate.

She is currently seeking the United Conservative Party (UCP) nomination in Calgary-Acadia to bring practical decision-making accountability and consistent on-the-ground work back to the constituency.

Erin has worked with companies including Direct Energy, TELUS Mobility, Petro-Canada and BMO Nesbitt Burns supporting senior executive's major projects and stakeholder relationships in high-accountability environments. In those roles she helped coordinate national initiatives manage budgets and identify operational inefficiencies including cost savings of more than $150K annually in one sales channel.

As a project manager and business owner, Erin Averbukh has delivered more than 15 residential renovation projects ranging from $10K to $60K and managed a $350K commercial build out. She also supported a $9.5M town house development, coordinating contractors, budgets, timeline, investor reporting all while consulting with affected stake holders through Local Area Planning.

With a decade in real estate operations, she contributed to roughly 100 transactions per year working with clients, lenders and legal teams to keep deals moving and deadlines on track.

Erin has also supported conservative campaigns for Minister Myles McDougall, Minister Rebecca Schulz, Member of Parliament Stephanie Kusie and Member of Parliament Shuvaloy Majumdar.

She ran a grassroots campaign for Calgary City Council in 2025 building a volunteer-driven operation from the ground up and connecting with thousands of residents in Calgary. Erin has assembled a campaign that has been extremely successful in getting people elected such as former Councillor Peter Demong, Premier Danielle Smith. Minister Tanya Fir, Speaker Ric McIver just to name a few.

Erin has lived in Calgary since 1996 and in the southeast since 2003. She was widowed in 2019 and is a solo mom to two teenagers, a dog and some cats.
